The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles is announcing a blanket extension for many driver and vehicle transactions. The deadline is being extended to September 30th for driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations. You can make an appoint with a DMV office online, and fifteen offices will offer skills tests by the end of July.
