State Adjutant General Jim Hoyer is organizing a task force from the National Guard at the state Bureau of Public Health to prepare for a possible COVID-19 vaccine in the months ahead. No one knows when a vaccine will be available. Predictions have ranged from October to the end of the year, to sometime next year.
