FEMA is ending the Lost Wages Assistance Program that provides an extra 300-dollars-per-month to unemployed West Virginians. WorkForce West Virginia will continue to pay benefits until existing FEMA funds run out. Regular unemployment benefits are available, in addition to an extra one-hundred-dollars-per-week through the State’s allocation of federal CARES Act funding.
