Flags at half-staff in honor of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

All U.S. and West Virginia flags at state-owned facilities are at half-staff after the death of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She died Friday night of complications from pancreatic cancer. She was 87.
