Two of Governor Justice’s family owned coal companies are going back to court in a trial against a Pennsylvania coal exporter. The trial was interrupted last month by an anonymous letter contain whistleblower allegations against Latrobe based Xcoal Energy and Resources. The lawsuit involves a 2017 agreement to deliver hundreds of thousands of tons of coal for shipment overseas.
