Manchin says Senate shouldn’t replace Supreme Court Justice until after election

Senator Joe Manchin thinks the Senate should hold off until after the presidential election to vote on a Supreme Court nominee. He says it’s irresponsible to rush a vote without the proper vetting required of any candidate for the bench. Manchin says the country needs to take time to mourn the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
