There’s another tweak to the governor’s COVID-19 map. Monongalia county health officials say that WVU has had “very minimal” impact on community spread, and students that test positive are being contained in one residence hall to reduce the impact on the community. As a result Governor Justice is changing the way students are counted. They will be considered as a group number, similar to nursing homes.
