The West Virginia Nurses Association said nurses have concerns over PPE, especially in hospitals where COVID is high like Charleston. There are also concerns about nurses working long shifts and extra days. There are also concerns over a potential nursing shortage. Some groups are doing what they can to support nurses with cards and food drop-offs.
