Governor Justice is offering teams a chance to play if their games are canceled because of COVID-19. He says if players, band members and dance team members all test negative they have a one-time option to play or perform.
Kanawha County schools quickly opted out of the testing, saying they are focused on opening schools next week, and hope the numbers go down, so the games can be rescheduled later in the season.
