West Virginia University will be resuming in-person classes in Morgantown on Monday, Sept. 28. In-person classes for undergraduate students were canceled in Morgantown and instruction went online on Sept. 7 after an increase of COVID-19 cases in students and concerns over a potential spike in cases. The Monongalia County Health Department says positive coronavirus cases in the county are trending down.
