Kanawha County remained in yellow on the West Virginia county alert map for a second straight day Wednesday, and Putnam County that was in gold the previous day, moved to yellow. Kanawha County’s positive test rate percentage continues to drop and was at 3.86, down from 3.95 on the previous map. Upshur County was the only county in orange in the map posted Wednesday.
