Fayette County’s prosecutor said 32-year old Justin Conner of Oak Hill has been convicted after being accused of attacking and sexually assaulting a woman. In March and April 2019, police responded to several domestic violence calls and prosecutors said evidence showed that Conner strangled the woman until she was unconscious before he sexually assaulted her. Conner will be sentenced at 9 a.m. Dec. 18.
