The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has lifted a stop-work order for most of the Mountain Valley Pipeline. Work can resume on all but 25-miles of the project that goes through the Jefferson National Forest in Virginia. The 300-mile pipeline runs from West Virginia to Virginia, and construction was halted last October over environmental concerns.
