Six families of veterans who were murdered at the Clarksburg VA have agreed to tentative settlements with the federal government. The proposed settlements range from 700-thousand-dollars to 975-thousand-dollars. Meanwhile, another family has filed a claim for the wrongful death of Charles Dean.
