Many counties and communities have released planned times for trick-or-treating this weekend. The window in Kanawha County will be 5 to 7 PM on Saturday. In Putnam County, trick-or-treating will happen from 6 to 8 PM, and the same window will be open in Cabell County, Huntington, Milton, and Wayne. Logan and Ripley will have trick-or-treating from 6 to 7:30 PM on Saturday, and in Boone County it’s 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
