If you haven’t received your stimulus check yet, you’re not alone. Twelve million Americans nationally still have not received their check that Congress approved back in March. The deadline to get it is Nov. 21 and that’s the cutoff date for getting your information to the IRS. An attorney with Legal Aid of West Virginia said the issue is due to the IRS not having the information from tax filings on how to reach these people. It’s a $1,200 payment, and an $500 additional dollars for qualifying children. WCHS TV said the IRS has reached out to partners that deal with the hard-to-reach groups to get the word out.
