The governor is taking some heat on social media for his new mask mandate. He responded, and says the answer is simple, “don’t go into any businesses or any other public buildings and risk harming your fellow West Virginians.” Justice says, “if you refuse to wear a face covering, you are violating the law, and there are real penalties for these violations.”
