For the first time in a month, the West Virginia Department of Health and human resources isn’t reporting any COVID-19 related deaths, and the number of new cases is down to less than 900. Health officials say the dip in numbers is due to a slowdown in testing events because of Thanksgiving. They are concerned about a surge similar to the spike after Halloween.
