The fire that killed a West Virginia Air National Guard firefighter has been ruled arson. The state Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating two structure fires that were intentionally set, about three miles apart near Martinsburg. There is a five-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the fire.
