West Virginia has administered over 34-thousand doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Now all nursing home and long-term care facilities in the state have received the vaccine. The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department is hosting their first COVID-19 vaccine clinic for first responders. Once they get the vaccine, they’re automatically scheduled for the second dose, which usually happens three to four weeks after the first dose.
