A federal judge is putting a major opioid trial on hold because of COVID-19, but he may allow some of the proceedings to start remotely. Cabell County and the City of Huntington filed the lawsuit to determine how drug wholesalers should be held accountable for the cost of opioid addition in West Virginia.
