For years, Hurricane Fire & Rescue has worked with Santa Claus to provide hayrides throughout town. This year the tradition has been halted due to the pandemic, but the city announced in a Facebook the fire and rescue squad has come up with an alternative – bringing Santa to the city’s neighborhoods for visits the week of Dec. 14th through the 18th.
Each evening Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and other friends will be traveling through the streets of Hurricane accompanied by our firefighters. Hurricane officials said they will publish a schedule for the Santa visits soon on the city’s Facebook page and will have a website address, where residents will be able to track Santa Claus in real time each evening.
