Shawnee Sports Complex announced Monday it will be closed to all sports practices, games and activities until Jan. 11, 2021. The Kanawha County Commission said the closure is due to an order by Gov. Jim Justice. The fields will be closed for use, but Shawnee will remain open for walking from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and will be closed on weekends until Jan. 11.
