WV legislature leadership changes in 2021

There will be big changes in leadership when the 2021 West Virginia Legislative Session begins in February. All four leaders for the Democrats are new, and the Republicans are seeing a key departure. The new session will take more education reforms, more broadband expansion, and an effort to eliminate the State Income Tax.
