With Kanawha and Putnam counties in the red the latest county alert map, Charleston Area Medical Center Health System is not letting visitors into its hospitals for the next few days. The health system shared on Facebook that for the week of Jan. 4-10, there will be no inpatient visitation and no visitors during outpatient, ambulatory and procedural visits unless the patient needs assistance.
