A suspect accused of murdering another person in Missouri was arrested Monday in Charleston. The U.S. Marshals Service said its Task Force, along with officers from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Ravenswood Police Department, arrested Stacy Andrew Gipson. Gipson is a suspect in the murder of an individual on Dec. 1, 2020, in southern Missouri. Gipson was arrested after a brief foot pursuit in the Bigley Avenue area.
