The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association is making some changes in the adoption process after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 last week. Animal shelter workers will bring cats and dogs up for adoption outside to meet and greet those interested in adopting. No one is allowed inside while everything is being deep cleaned and they’re running by appointment only. They also need donations of dog and cat food, and cat litter.
