Delegate Derrick Evans resigned earlier this month after he posted video of himself illegally entering the U.S. Capitol. Now the head of the Wayne County Republican Committee is filing a lawsuit against Governor Justice over filling the vacant seat. The suit claims that the Governor created an illegal second list of candidates. The seat still has not been filled.
