Senator Joe Manchin visited a Kanawha-Charleston Health Department vaccination event at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. He says West Virginias vaccination efforts can be a model for the country, and he plans to take it back to Washington for others to copy. Twenty-eight-hundred people were vaccinated on Friday. Manchin says vaccinations should be able to ramp up by the end of February.
