A South Charleston man with a loaded pistol and a list of lawmakers was arrested at the U.S. Capitol. Police found 71-year old Dennis Westover yelling at guardsmen along the security fence. His car was parked in a barricaded area, and inside they found his will, Stop the Steal paperwork, 20 rounds of ammo and a pistol.
