State health officials have announced the businesses that have received dispensary permits for medical cannabis. The list includes more than 30 businesses. The DHHR Office of Medical Cannabis said those who were approved will be allowed to operate retail locations. Eligible West Virginia residents can register on the DHHR website beginning at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 3, to receive medical cannabis.
