Some Marshall Students Are Getting COVID Relief

Marshall University is awarding some students with grants from COVID-19 aid package funds. The university said it is awarding $4.5 million in emergency relief money to students who are eligible, based on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Students were notified of the grants on Monday, in the amount of $1,000 each for students with the greatest need. Other amounts of emergency fund distribution are $200, $300 and $400.
