The nonprofit West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute is asking for input on harm reduction plans in Charleston through a new survey. They are also hosting a community town hall on Monday, February 8th at 5 pm, for people to ask questions, voice concerns, and learn more about the harm reduction programs including needle exchange.
