The winter storm warning that has been in effect since Wednesday is set to expire this morning. The system brought more snow to most of the state, along with a tenth of an inch to a half inch of ice in spots. Travel is still difficult today, but improvement is expected this weekend. More than 40-thousand people in West Virgina are without power, and some customers may not have it restored until next week.
