An ice storm warning is in effect through 10 am Tuesday, with significant icing expected, according to the National Weather Service. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of two tenths to one quarter of an inch could make driving treacherous in portions of central, northern, and southern West Virginia. Travel is strongly discouraged through Tuesday.
