The West Virginia Supreme Court is siding with Governor Justice in a challenge to his pick to fill a Wayne County House of Delegate’s seat. That means Joshua Booth can be seated with the legislative session that begins today. Booth’s name did not originally appear on a list submitted by Wayne County GOP leaders.
