American Electric Power has been working this week to relocate power lines along Barlow Drive in Charleston. Work started Monday and the road has been closed to all through traffic from Twilight Drive to Youngs Industrial Park. Drivers have been using a detour via Greenbrier Street to Keystone Drive. The temporary closure is expected to last through today (Friday).
