The Huntington Police Department promoted two of its members this week.
Cpl. Ben Howard was promoted to the rank of sergeant and Pfc. Robert Black is now a corporal. Howard will be moving to a supervisor role. Howard has been with the department for 15 years and Black has been with the department for 10 years.
