In-person visits at eight Kanawha County public library branch locations will resume today, and maximum capacity will increase. Kanawha County library branches in Clendenin, Cross Lanes, Dunbar, Elk Valley, Riverside, Sissonville, St. Albans and at the Charleston Town Center will reopen for in-person visits. Depending on the size of the building, maxiumum capacity will range from twelve to thirty-two at one time.
