Senator Manchin spent most of Sunday talking about his vote on the COVID-19 relief bill. Manchin delayed the vote on Friday over concerns about the size and duration of unemployment benefits. Senate leaders, Manchin and the White House struck a deal to lower the benefit to $300 per week and extended the benefits to Sept. 6.
