The House of Delegates gave approval to a bill that would keep secondary school transgender athletes from playing on teams other than their birth gender. The bill now heads to the Senate. Fairness West Virginia opposes the bill, and they point out that 16 other states and the NCAA allow transgender kids to participate in sports.
