Two people are under arrest on drug and child neglect charges. Police responded to an overdose on Lopes Lane in Monaville and found 32-year-old Cleveland Hammonds unconscious and 29-year-old Beth Ann Fitch trying to give her purse to her eight-year-old daughter. Police found meth and heroin in the bag. Fitch claimed the drugs belong to Hammonds, who was being treated for the overdose. Child Protective Services is taking care of the daughter.
