Gov. Jim Justice announced Monday that the state is opening up coronavirus vaccinations to all residents ages 16 and over. It begins now, so anyone 16 years of age and over can register for a vaccine. Priority will still be given to those 65 and older. Justice also announced that all fairs and festivals and similar events will be allowed to resume starting on May 1. Any rules or safety guidelines concerning those festivals will be released in the next few weeks.
