The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department said this week that more than forty students have tested positive for COVID-19 at seven different schools, and that will bring about a new vaccination strategy. Health Officer, Dr. Sherri Young said teams will be sent to high schools to set up vaccination clinics. Most teachers have been vaccinated, but students 16 and older will be given the opportunity too. Clinics are planned for students at Charleston Catholic High School and the University of Charleston as well.
