A worker was injured Monday in a fall in the city of Nitro. The Nitro Fire Department said the worker was working on a remodeling project in front of the fire department and fell from some scaffolding. Firefighters said the worker sustained a head injury and was taken to the hospital. WCHS TV reported an investigation into the incident is underway.
