The Capital-South Charleston basketball game took on a different meaning Thursday night as the students mourn the loss of 18-year-old K.J. Taylor. The former Capitol High School basketball and football player was gunned down on Central Avenue near the Jarrett Terrace apartments. No arrests have been made.
