Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin announced this week that Food Truck Fridays will begin this year on May 7 on the Kanawha Boulevard. The trucks will be set up from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Kanawha Boulevard will be closed from Capitol to Court streets. Parking spaces will be reserved for take-out orders on Court Street. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up.
