Governor Justice’s state income tax cut bill is dead. The House of Delegates unanimously voted down the bill zero-to-one-hundred. House Speaker Roger Hanshaw says he’s only seen that kind of margin when the House has been asked to take a vote. He says delegates prefer to work together and talk constructively to come to a compromise. Justice called out the House for not voting on the measure.
