A man is accused of making threats after missing a doctor’s appointment at Davis Medical Center in Elkins. He said he was “angry to the point of shooting and killing everyone,” and when he was being escorted out of the hospital, he asked for a propane tank to blow up something. Michael Steiger is charged with making terroristic threats.
