More than thirty-percent of all West Virginians have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and quarter of the people eligible for the shot are fully vaccinated. Meanwhile, variants of the virus are spreading. There are over 140 confirmed cases of the UK variant, and over 160 cases of the California variant statewide.
